Ajinomoto Foods is hiring a Warehouse Lead at its Portland, Oregon facility to run a shift on the frozen distribution floor. The role coordinates inbound, putaway, picking, and outbound across the temperature-controlled environment, holds the line on food-safety and inventory accuracy, and acts as the working-leader bridge between the shift team and the warehouse manager.
Strong candidates have two-plus years in warehouse operations (preferably frozen or cold-chain), forklift certification, and the people skills to lead a small hourly team while still being on the floor. Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
