Chomps is hiring an Associate Reliability Engineer to support the operations team on equipment reliability, line performance, and continuous improvement work across the co-manufacturing network. The role partners with co-pack engineering teams on OEE and runs structured improvement projects.
Strong candidates bring two to four years of plant engineering, reliability, or maintenance leadership experience in food, beverage, or comparable manufacturing, real depth in TPM or Lean tools, and the willingness to travel to co-pack sites regularly.
