The role owns three-year strategy and P&L performance for the brand, leads cross-functional plans across innovation, media, and shopper, and mentors a team while balancing near-term execution with longer brand-building work.
Strong candidates bring senior brand management experience in spirits, beer, RTD, or a closely related category, a Master's degree (or equivalent), and at least six years running marketing at scale. The job requires real comfort with portfolio-level P&L, large budgets, agency direction, and up to 25 percent travel to customers and markets.
