General Mills is hiring a General Maintenance Mechanic at its Buffalo, New York flour mill. The role inspects, repairs, and maintains the milling, packaging, and bulk handling equipment that runs the mill, and supports installations and rebuilds during scheduled downtime.
Strong candidates bring three-plus years of industrial maintenance experience, fluency across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and the discipline to keep a 24/7 mill running cleanly. PLC and pelleting experience are pluses.
