Mammoth Brands is hiring a Manager of Demand Planning to own the demand forecast across one or more brands in the portfolio. The role builds the statistical baseline, integrates retail-customer input and innovation plans, and partners with supply, finance, and commercial leaders on the consensus forecast.
Strong candidates bring four to six years of demand planning experience in CPG or comparable, fluency with planning systems (SAP IBP, Anaplan, or similar), and the cross-functional people skills to align sales, ops, and finance on one number.
