OLIPOP is hiring a Field Marketing Manager for the Central region (DFW base, traveling across the territory) to build grassroots awareness through sampling, event activations, and local partnerships. The role manages a team of Brand Ambassadors, negotiates local sponsorships, and translates the national brand into region-specific work that shows up at retail and at events.
Strong candidates have two to five years of field or event marketing experience and have already led a small team. Sales instincts, comfort with a long day in the market, KPI discipline, and resourcefulness in finding local opportunities matter more than any specific category background.
