Schwan's is hiring a Route Sales Representative for the Broomfield and Arvada area outside Denver to merchandise and grow sales of its frozen portfolio (Red Baron, Tony's, Mrs. Smith's, and adjacent brands) inside grocery accounts. The role places orders, manages in-store execution, and builds relationships with store-level teams using handheld order-entry tools.
Strong candidates have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, the physical capacity to lift 35 pounds repeatedly, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior grocery or DSD experience is a plus but not required. Pays $61-63K base plus commission with full benefits.
