Everything is produced at our own facility in Longmont, Colorado, about 20 minutes from our Boulder test kitchen.
Marketing, brand, and some G&A roles are hybrid or remote-friendly. Operations and R&D roles are site-based by nature — you can't taste a pilot batch over Zoom.
A recruiter intro, a hiring-manager conversation, a short skills exercise tied to the actual role, and a team tasting. Usually wrapped in two to three weeks.
Yes — our distribution team is in Columbus, OH, and several roles are fully remote.
