Continental Grain Partners is hiring a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing to consolidate procurement across our four operating brands.
Context
We were assembled by a PE sponsor over the last three years from four mid-market grain and baking-mix brands. The portfolio shares roughly 60% of its commodity inputs but has historically purchased independently. The Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing will lead the consolidation effort.
You will
- Build a single category strategy across wheat, corn, oats, oils, and packaging.
- Negotiate consolidated contracts with our top 25 suppliers.
- Partner with each operating brand's supply chain leader.
- Report to the Group VP of Operations.
You should have
- Ten plus years in CPG sourcing, with experience consolidating procurement after acquisition.
- Deep commodity expertise in grain or oilseeds.
- Comfort working across multiple operating units with different cultures.
