The role oversees roughly 100 hourly team members across receiving, storage, and outbound, and is accountable for productivity, safety, budget, and customer service across the site.
Strong candidates bring seven to ten years of distribution operations experience, P&L ownership at a comparable site, and a track record building dependable hourly teams. A four-year degree in business or logistics is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a real plus for the Miami market.
