Wild Fork (a JBS USA brand) is hiring a Store Team Lead in Phoenix, Arizona to support the Store Manager in running a specialty meat and seafood retail location. The role coaches the team on the floor, owns specific shift responsibilities (open or close), and helps drive customer experience.
Strong candidates have one to three years of retail leadership experience, comfort coaching hourly team members in real time, and a real interest in fresh food. Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
