Salm Partners (Johnsonville's co-pack operation) is hiring a Utilities Technician at its Woodrow site in Denmark, Wisconsin to support production by maintaining refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and water treatment systems across a USDA-regulated sausage facility. The role runs daily inspections, owns preventive maintenance documentation, troubleshoots equipment, and holds the line on safety, including Lockout/Tagout.
Strong candidates bring at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience, ideally in food processing, with real fluency across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. PLC, boiler, or ammonia refrigeration experience is a strong plus. Benefits include 401(k) match and full health coverage.
