Northstone is hiring its first dedicated people leader to professionalize HR as we scale from 42 employees toward a target of 150 over the next three years.
You will
- Own the full people function: recruiting, onboarding, performance, comp, benefits, culture.
- Build out the team (likely two to three additional hires in 18 months).
- Partner with the founder on senior leadership hiring.
- Report to the COO.
You should have
- Eight plus years in HR leadership.
- Direct experience scaling a CPG or consumer company from roughly 40 employees to 150 or more.
- A pragmatic approach to process. We do not want a corporate HR rebuild.
