Northstone is hiring its first VP of Marketing to own the brand voice, growth, and demand strategy across retail and DTC channels.
You will
- Own marketing strategy across brand, performance, and shopper.
- Build out a team of 5 to 7 over the next 18 months.
- Partner with sales on category storytelling for grocery buyers.
- Report to the founder and sit on the leadership team.
You should have
- Eight or more years in CPG marketing, with at least three at a VP or senior director level.
- Direct experience growing a brand from $25M to $100M, ideally in better-for-you snacks.
- Comfort with both shopper marketing and digital paid acquisition. We are not looking for a specialist in either.
- Strong opinions about brand identity, held loosely.
