Pilgrim's is hiring an Evisceration Supervisor on the night shift at its Canton, Georgia plant. The role leads a team across the evisceration line, manages line speed and yield, holds the line on USDA and food safety standards, and drives the daily improvement work that keeps a high-volume poultry operation running.
Strong candidates bring three-plus years of supervision experience in poultry or comparable food processing, real comfort on a wet, cold line in the middle of the night, and the people skills to lead an hourly team. Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus.
