Pilgrim's is hiring a Production Superintendent on day shift at its Lufkin, Texas plant. The role owns end-to-end production for the shift, manages a layer of supervisors, drives yield and labor, and partners with maintenance, sanitation, and HR on the daily operating plan.
Strong candidates bring eight-plus years of production experience in poultry or comparable food processing, at least three in a multi-supervisor leadership role, and a track record of moving safety, quality, and cost numbers. Bilingual Spanish/English is a real plus.
