The role partners closely with plant leadership on yield, labor, and material variance and translates plant operations into the financial picture senior leadership reads.
Strong candidates bring six-plus years of cost-accounting experience in CPG or manufacturing, an active CMA or CPA preferred, and a track record of partnering with plant operations leaders. Real comfort with ERP systems at Smithfield's scale is required.
