Happy Friday. The board this week leans heavily toward operations, sourcing, and senior commercial roles, with a strong remote sales seat at OLIPOP that is worth a close look. Here are the six I would point you to first.

Director, Technology Operations at Seneca Foods. Fairport, NY. $170-185K. Seneca is one of the larger fruit and vegetable processors in the country, and this seat owns the tech stack that keeps plants running. Good role for an IT leader with food manufacturing in their background.
Director, Innovation Insights at Constellation Brands. Chicago, IL. Insights leadership inside one of the most disciplined innovation pipelines in beverage alcohol. If you want to shape what shows up on shelf in 2027 and 2028, this is the seat.
Operations Manager at Golden State Foods. Miami, FL. GSF supplies some of the biggest QSR chains in the world. Operations roles here come with real scale and real pressure, and the people who do well tend to move up quickly.
Director, Strategic Sourcing at Smithfield Foods. Smithfield, VA. Protein sourcing leadership at a moment when input costs are volatile across the category. A meaningful seat for anyone who has run categories in meat or adjacent commodities.
Director of Sales, Central at OLIPOP. Remote, Central US. $150-170K. OLIPOP keeps adding distribution and this is the seat that owns Central region retailers. Strong comp, real remote, and one of the hottest brands in better-for-you beverage.
A few more to flag if you are in plant roles or shift work. Tyson posted a PSM Coordinator in Portland, ME, a Machine Operator in Temperanceville, VA, an Accounting Administrator on B shift in Waterloo, IA, and an Interpreter role for Burmese and Karen speakers in Council Bluffs, IA.
