This week's board leans heavy on operations and director-level roles, with a healthy mix of beverage, protein, and broth. A few solid plant-floor openings rounding things out too.

Manufacturing Engineer at Kettle & Fire. Lancaster, PA. Bone broth brand looking for someone to own process improvement and equipment reliability on the production side.

Director, Technology Operations at Seneca Foods. Fairport, NY. $170-185K. Seneca is one of the largest fruit and vegetable processors in North America, and this role runs IT infrastructure and operations across the business.

Director, Innovation Insights at Constellation Brands. Chicago, IL. Constellation wants someone who can turn consumer research into actual product pipeline decisions across its beer and wine portfolio. A good seat for anyone who likes the front end of innovation.

Operations Manager at Golden State Foods. Miami, FL. GSF supplies some of the biggest QSR chains in the world. This role manages day-to-day plant operations and the team running them.

Director, Strategic Sourcing at Smithfield Foods. Smithfield, VA. Procurement leadership at one of the largest pork producers in the U.S. Strong fit for someone with category management experience in protein or ingredients.

Director of Sales, Central at OLIPOP. Remote, Central US. $150-170K. OLIPOP keeps expanding its sales org as the brand pushes deeper into mainstream grocery and club. Central region leadership with real ownership over retailer relationships.
