Marigold & Oak is hiring a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the brand's expansion from a natural-channel and Amazon-led business into mainstream conventional grocery.
The opportunity and the risk
We have built a loyal following in Whole Foods, Sprouts, and on Amazon. Conventional grocery represents a 4x revenue opportunity but a real risk to our premium positioning. The CCO will own both sides of that equation.
You will
- Own commercial strategy across all channels.
- Build the broker network and direct sales relationships needed for conventional expansion.
- Partner with the CMO on retailer-specific positioning.
- Sit on the executive team and report to the founder.
You should have
- Twelve plus years in CPG commercial leadership.
- A track record of taking a premium brand into conventional retail without diluting it.
- Strong existing relationships with Kroger, Albertsons, Target, and the major club channels.
