This week on the board, June 4

Happy Friday. We pulled together a strong mix this week, with a heavy tilt toward operations, sourcing, and commercial roles at brands we hear about often in our search work. A few of these closed fast last time we posted similar roles, so do not sit on them.

Director, Technology Operations at Seneca Foods. Fairport, NY. Senior IT and operations leadership inside one of the largest fruit and vegetable processors in the country. $170-185K.

Director, Innovation Insights at Constellation Brands. Chicago, IL. Insights leadership tied to new product work at a top-three beverage alcohol company. Strong role for anyone in insights who wants real innovation ownership rather than reporting.

Operations Manager at Golden State Foods. Miami, FL. Plant-side ops leadership at a major foodservice supplier. Good step-up role for a current shift or production manager ready to run a site function.

Director, Strategic Sourcing at Smithfield Foods. Smithfield, VA. Procurement leadership at one of the largest protein companies in the US. If you have indirect or packaging sourcing experience at scale, this is worth a look.

Director of Sales, Central at OLIPOP. Remote, Central US. Regional sales leadership at one of the fastest growing beverage brands in the country. $150-170K.

Director, eRetail & Retail Media Networks at OLIPOP. Remote, US. Owns Amazon, Instacart, and the growing RMN budget at OLIPOP. $160-175K. This is the kind of role we expect to see more of as RMN spend matures inside emerging brands.

On the plant and operator side, Seneca has two new openings in Ripon, WI, an Agricultural Equipment Mechanic and a Maintenance Mechanic. Johnsonville added two roles in Denmark, WI as well, a Rapid Pak Operator and a Utilities Technician. Both Seneca and Johnsonville have been steady, well-run employers for a long time and worth a look if you are in either area.
